Adding native plants in our gardens, balconies, yards, and parks – even small patches – helps to build a more resilient, sustainable, and healthy Hamilton. And it creates a pollinator-friendly garden to expand Hamilton’s ‘Bee City’ commitment.
That’s why we’re excited to share our collection of native perennial plants grown in the EcoHouse solarium with you.
Cost: All plants are PWYC (pay what you can), with a suggested donation of $3-5 per plant.
Native Plant Offerings:
Asclepias incarnata, Swamp milkweed
Carya ovata, Shagbark Hickory (tree)
Sambucus canadensis, Elderberry (shrub)
Orders are first come, first served, while quantities last.
Payment: To complete your order, please send payment via e-transfer to director@greenventure.ca (no password required). Please write ‘Plant sale’ in the e-transfer note section. Alternative forms of payment are available upon request.
