Join us from 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM on Thursday, June 23rd as we keep our 2021 tree planting at King and Nash looking tree-mendous. The trees planted back in the fall of 2021 deserve some TLC. Tasks include invasive species removal and general clean-up maintenance. This is a great opportunity for youth looking to gain extra community hours.
What to Bring / Wear: Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes and long pants. Bring a reusable water bottle to refill at our water station. We will provide garden gloves, hand shovels, and other tools. Please feel free to bring your own gloves and tools. Masks are encouraged when physical distancing cannot be maintained.
Transportation + Parking: Green Venture encourages active and sustainable transportation. Bus stops are located nearby the site including route 05. Limited street parking is available close by.
