Art Crawl Repair Cafe and Clothing Giveaway

Green Venture will be running free clothing repairs and a clothing giveaway at the Hamilton Art Crawls this summer! The goal of our event is to reduce waste and carbon emissions that are created from both discarding materials and producing new ones. Moving towards a circular economy is a vital part of lessening our environmental impact. ♻️ Sharing resources also helps our community thrive economically and socially.🪴We look forward to seeing you at Art Crawl this summer!

Location: In front of Christ’s Church Cathedral on James St. North

Dates: July 12 and August 9

Time: 7pm-9pm

Partnering with: We will be part of the Eco-Hub with Elders 4 Climate Sanity & Hamilton 350

Repair Cafe Info

Our wonderful volunteer menders will be offering free clothing repairs. To sign up for a repair, use the link: https://forms.gle/ZsGsEC1YqZbc9rfu7. We are also accepting drop-in repairs the day of the event, however priority will be given to those who sign up in advance.

Clothing Giveaway Info

We have a clothing giveaway! We have a lot of extra clothes from previous clothing swaps, so you are welcome to drop by to pick up clothes for free.
