Annabella has recently graduated from the Master of Forest Conservation program at the University of Toronto. Annabella is excited to join the Green Venture team as the Tree Equity Project Coordinator and connecting with the local community.

Rebecca is finishing up an undergraduate degree in Geography and Environmental Science. Rebecca joins Green Venture as a Landscape Gardener with a love for being active and spending time outdoors.

Carla is a recent graduate of McMaster University and is currently studying to obtain both a JD and BCL at the McGill Faculty of Law. As an Environmental Education Assistant, Carla looks forward to teaching and learning from community members on the topics of environmentally conscious living and sustainable urban development.

Liesel comes to Green Venture with a bachelor’s degree in Drama in Education and the Community. She has a strong passion for community education and empowering youth to make change. Liesel ooks forward to connecting with the community as an Environmental Education Assistant.

Alexandra is new graduate of Queen’s University with a degree in Psychology and will be returning to school at the University of Waterloo to begin the Master of Climate Change (MCC) program this fall. She is excited to connect with the Hamilton’s eco-community through Green Venture’s communications.

With over 10 years of diverse horticultural experience and a Master of Landscape Architecture from State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Jessica is thrilled to be supporting Green Venture in their gardening programs and green infrastructure.

Ryan is a fifth-year Concurrent Education student attending Brock University. With a passion for the environment, Ryan brings an appreciation for environmental sustainability and stewardship into the Green Venture Education team.

Kelly has a degree in Horticulture from the University of Guelph. Her passions include urban agriculture, green roofs, sustainable cities and waste reduction.

Miranda is passionate about climate change adaptation with a Masters in Climate Change and undergraduate in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of Waterloo.

Heather has a PhD in Cell & Systems Biology, and Collaborative Program in Environmental Studies and she is an Ontario Certified Teacher and a passionate environmentalist.
